How Far in Advance Should You Order Custom Decorated Cookies?
Order 2–3 weeks before your event. Weddings and any event over 5 dozen need 4 weeks. If your date is sooner, we always accept rush orders for an extra $15.
Every set we make is designed, baked and hand-decorated to match your theme, so the calendar fills up before the party does. Here is exactly how our timeline works, so you can plan with confidence.
What lead time do I need?

Why do weddings and large orders need more time?
Large orders mean more dough, more custom designs and more hours of detail work, and each cookie is decorated by hand. Booking four weeks out gives us room to finalize your design with you, plan the bake and still keep the quality the same from the first cookie to the last.
Do you take rush orders?
Yes, we always accept rush orders. If your event is closer than our normal lead time, send us your theme, pickup date and number of dozens. Rush orders carry an extra $15.
What is the minimum order?
- Regular-size custom cookies: 2 dozen minimum.
- Custom cupcakes: 1 dozen minimum.
- Mini cookies: can be added to your order once you have ordered 1 dozen regular-size cookies.
How and when do I pay?
We prefer full payment on the day you order, because that is what secures your date on our calendar. If that is not possible, just ask: we can take 50% on the day you order and the remaining balance 2 days before pickup.
What do I need to have ready before I order?
Three things are required for every custom order:
- Your theme or inspiration designs (colors, a photo, an invitation, anything that shows your vision).
- Your pickup date.
- The number of dozens you need.
Do you make logo cookies and corporate orders?
Yes, logo cookies and bulk or corporate orders are welcome. Pricing differs from our standard packages, so send us your logo, quantity and date and we will prepare an estimate.
Do you deliver, and where is pickup?
We offer pickup only and do not deliver at this time. Pickup is at our home bakery near Lucas and Wylie, Texas. We send you the exact address once your payment is confirmed.
Where do you serve?
We are a home-based custom cookie bakery in Lucas, Texas, serving North Dallas, including Lucas, Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Wylie and Murphy.
